Vincent Robert Bowman

Vincent Robert Bowman, 56, of Sarasota, Florida passed away on August 18, 2022 as the result of a heart attack.  Vince was a fun-loving person who enjoyed shooting pool, photography, hard rock music, books, and cats. He was born in Tipton, Indiana and moved to Muncie, Indiana as a baby, spending his childhood and teen years there. A graduate of Muncie Northside High School, he moved to Sarasota when he was 19. He worked at Lanning Tires for several years, and later in construction, especially floor tiling, for many years after that. 

He is survived by his sister, Beth Wagner (Don) of Jeffersonville, IN; a niece, Beccie Grimes; an aunt, Mary Teter (Bob) of Kokomo, IN; two uncles, Skip Servies of Tipton, IN, and Wayne Bowman (Linda) of Celeste, TX; and many cousins and their families. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Helen Bowman.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
