Beloved wife and mother, poet and friend who will forever be missed.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you remember to Look for the magic in everyday things.
Elfin Ball
Come with me to the Elfin Ball
And waltz across a cloud.
Come hear the music in the wind
That's never played to loud.
Come see the trees all strung with stars
That have fallen from the sky.
And listen when I tell you this
For you know I'd never lie.
There will come a day when you will leave
For that's what you're to do
Because children are only loaned to folks
Until their job is through.
So come with me to the Elfin Ball
And stay little for a while I'll
Spin and twirl across your heart
And catch you with a smile.
There will come a day when you will leave
And it will be to soon
But hopefully Child you'll remember the night
When we danced underneath the moon.
