Elaine Mary Barnattan

Elaine, a native New Yorker, was feisty, smart, determined and kind-hearted. She dedicated her entire adult life to her husband Joel, her true love, and his strong dedication to advocate for the rights of people with disabilities. Joel and Elaine had so much fun together and lived by the motto “LIVE, LAUGH AND LOVE”.  

Elaine especially loved their custom built home in Sarasota, walks on the beach, gardening, a good card game and the tropical retirement life. Elaine was also a master Mahjong player for over 40 years. 

She is survived by her daughter Jill and her adored son in law, Zac. Elaine's infectious laugh and compassionate nature will be missed.
